PRELISTING INSPECTION

Before putting your home on the market, we'll carefully inspect the condition of readily accessible areas.  If there are existing damages or defects, we will inform the sellers of the repairs before listing the home.  All reports will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.  We use Spectora software that allows us to provide you with readily accessible reports with digital photos of our inspections.

HOME MAINTENANCE INSPECTION

Staying on top of the minor issues in a home helps to ensure that they don't become major, expensive repair needs later on.  During a Home Maintenance Inspection, we identify these issues so that they don't go unnoticed.

4 POINT INSPECTION

A 4 Point Inspection may be desired by those looking for a truncated inspection or required for insurance purposes.  This inspection covers only the roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and HVAC system.  This 4 Point Inspection does not replace a full home inspection.
